Terms and conditions

Applicability

These terms apply to services of Brummer Makelaars (Vondelstraat 95, 1054 GM Amsterdam), including buying guidance, selling guidance, valuation and property searches, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Formation of the engagement

An engagement is formed when parties reach written or digital agreement on the work and the fee. Quotes and exploratory conversations are not automatically an engagement.

Execution

We carry out work carefully and to the best of our judgement. The client provides timely, correct and complete information needed for the services.

Liability

Liability is limited to what is customary under Dutch law and any professional rules. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information from the client, or from third parties.

Complaints

You can report complaints via info@brummermakelaars.nl. We handle complaints carefully and look for a suitable solution.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
