Wout Melief (1980) studied HBO Economics & Real Estate (Bachelor of Business Administration, BBA). He started as an intern at Brummer Makelaars in 2005 and joined permanently in 2006. He is a registered estate agent and valuer, an NVM member, and a partner at Brummer Makelaars since 2012. Wout has lived in nearly all districts and has now settled in rural Amsterdam Noord.

Frank Liefveld (1988) started at Brummer Makelaars as back-office staff after studying Human Technology in Groningen. His love of houses and architecture sparked his interest in estate agency work, and he vigorously took up his studies to operate fully as an estate agent. The fact that Brummer Makelaars holds a strong position in Amsterdam's niche real estate market is also why Frank ultimately began his career at Brummer Makelaars.

Ewoud Brummer (1960) began his studies at the Amsterdam HES and completed them at the HEAO in Eindhoven. After an internship at the municipal property tax service in Amsterdam (employed by De Heide Maatschappij), he entered the Amsterdam estate agency profession in 1989. After six years at a small agency, Ewoud Brummer founded his own office at Vondelstraat 95 in Amsterdam. Since then this remarkable place has remained the base of Brummer Makelaars. Regular bike rides to his 45 m² home by the Kinselmeer just north of Amsterdam explain his bond with rural Noord. That also leads to distinctive properties in Brummer Makelaars' varied listings.
